Child worldwide

Is it correct? How can we remove this and whats the substitute for the income from them that the family would get?

Depends on the age of the child and the nature of the labor. There has to be rules involved or people will abuse it, just look at america during the depression (1930's) kids worked in coal mines separating the rocks from the coal and were worked until their hands bled. They were not afforded the use of gloves because the bosses felt that would hinder them being able to distinguish the coal from the rocks.
