My daughter had a disney princess party two years in a row. We did it on her 4th and 5th birthday. What I did then was to print princess coloring pages and placed crayons and coloring materials on the table at the beginning of the party. I made a personalized invite using her face on all the princesses and had it printed on photo paper on her 4th bithday, then a Princess magazine cover type of invite on her 5th, addressed to her royal friends. I also designed a photo of her with all the princesses and had it printed on 4x5ft tarpaulin that I used as backdrop for the party stage. You can see all these in my website at www.kceedg.deviantart.com where I post all my designs. As for the other activities, we also had beads and strings for making bracelets and necklaces. My daughter did a little story telling and a song number. For the giveaways, I had mettalic mugs in different colors with princess stickers on it filled with goodies, wrapped in clear plastic and tied with curly ribbons on top. There's so much you can do in a princess party. Hope this helps. Have fun!:)

thanks a lot. i can't wait to through the party. i can't wait to see the girls faces when they realize i bought them all dresses that they can take home afterwards. and i made them jewelery but your idea is better to let them make their own so i think i'll do that instead. and i'll put what i've allready made in a gift bag.

My daughter is havng a Barbie party, so we are going to paint the girls nails, make lip gloss (use Crisco, melt it in the microwave, and mix 1/2 a packet of Kool-Aid with it, then put it in the fridge for an hour or so, it looks weird when you first mix it up but is cool after it hardend, and bold glitter (Aelo vera gel mixed with glitter). I tried both of those things and it is really cool, my daughter is excited!! Then we weill probably put on some music and let the girls dance =)

My girls love crafts. You can get some inexpensive paper or foam products from a dollar store and let them make something. I have seen foam crowns. You could get some of those and let the girls decorate them with beads, sequins, and glitter glue. And you could always make up a game of "Pin the Crown on the Princess" or something like that.

I am not sure what games to play at a princess party. But maybe if you can find a pinyata, Maybe a fairy or a princess one. Try some party stores. Maybe musical chairs and make paper crowns cut the crowns out of cardboard and put glitter and gewls for the top you, you can buy cheap stick-on earings at crazy clarks for the jewls, pass the parcel and have like little rings the ones in the machines as the presents. Hopefully my ideas help you out a bit

For my daughter's 6th birthday I had a friend come over and give the girls a manicure. She's really good at nails and did butterflys and ladybugs and whatnot. All the girls loved it.
