Has anyone quit smoking and how did you do it? How long since you quit?

well.. quit from smoking is very hard way..not instanly can be.. must periodly stop it

I quit four years ago and it wasn't easy. I used SmokeAway.com. It is herbs and it actually worked. I had tried other things, but this really worked. I haven't smoked since.
