What is wrong with Gwem?

Why does she keep talking about taking baby Jane and starting a new life like that is her child? How can she take Jane if that is really Ethan and Theresa's baby?

the judge gave jane to gwen and ethan because theresa stole ethan's sperm from the clinic where the surrogate mother was. i think.
check out soapoperafan.com/passions
that site has an archived history and updates on actors, etc. it's really helpful when you miss a few episodes or just want to snoop and see what will happen in the future.

That is the same thing I wanna know. But the biggest question is why haven't taken baby Jane from them anyway she buys her way through everything else so why not this. So still to question does she really want baby Jane or Ethan.
