I am getting married in June of this year.We are looking for something that is Oceanfront that has a great view of the Ocean from our bed.We can't decide if want to be on the boardwalk or not because the Ocean is further away. This will not help the view.Someone please help us decide what to do and where to stay?

Getting married? Go to the Sheraton or Hilton & likewise farther up the boardwalk with ocean view, privacy, luxury and beautiful balconies. Tad pricy but you only get married once - we hope.

Hi- got family in Balto too. Depending on HOW much $$$ you want to invest and length of time. The smaller hotels are cheaper w/o the amenties such as The Suntan Motel or a little up with the French Quarters. If you're on the beach and just need to shower & go- then a cheaper one is more advisable. Also before 1st street is the Belmont-Hearn and behind it Miss Kate owns the NORDICA also which is more for partiers and young people. Hope this helped.

I found a real good inexpensive place to stay.We went to a place called Seabonay. It was right on the beach. We could lay on our bed a watch the Ocean. This wasn't an efficiency and it didn't have a private deck. But when we sat on the deck it was quite. It was only $119 a night. The best thing was is that it was on the beach and you could walk to the boardwalk.I can't remember what street is was on but it was between the Dunes Motel and Dunes Manor. We didn't even have to use the car to go anywhere.Plus they had a pool.It was very quit because they did not have many rooms. I will check on the hotels you mentioned for next year. Thanks a whole bunch
