Having trouble with paypal account.....need help......

I have paypal account.I want get it validated.But my International debit card it not getting accepted by the site.It is saying that the bank which has issued the debit card is not accepting it.I have contacted the bank customer support they said the card is working and they don't know why its getting rejected on intnernet.I tried to use my cousins debit card details but his card also got rejected.We both have debit card of same bank.please tell us what to do.

Just give paypal the bank account information. The money will go into it within about 3 days and then you should be readly to use your card connected to the bank. This is all I think can be done. Good luck with this.
