How do you handle discipline?

Children have gotten more disrespectful than ever before. They talk back to teacher, do all they can to break the rules and push the buttons of administration. What do you do in your school? In your classroom? Has your district or school implemented the Zero Tolerance policy?

Well handling kids and students is a big deal and teaching them proper discipline and rules is very difficult too. I am bit ok at school. We dont have that policy here.

well, i think those issues should be handled at home because normally kids who act up like that have a problem in their homelife. if the parents refuse to dicipline them, then the school would have no choice then to either suspend them or countless detentions. i don't think there is that much a school can do for physical punishment because those are not their children.

Well...it depends what I did. Like, if it was something stupid... than I would talk back. But, if it was something very seriously, than I will sadly accept it. It all depends what that person did...
