Projects for a church festival

Hello! I've been placed in charge of our church's craft room at our annual fall festival. I was considering assembling a group of church members to get together once every other week or so to start making projects to sell so that it's not a mad rush at the end and I end up having to make so much. Anyone have any ideas as to craft projects we could do? I'm looking for things that people would actually buy, but that could be assembled or created by a group of people from different levels of craftiness. Thanks for any help!!

well when i went to my church and i remember when i went to festivals downtown greer and made crafts there they always had tables set up where you could make popcicle stick picture frames that you could draw on yourself and personalize there was also a booth set up where you could make tie dye t shirts buying a bunch of beads and making your own jewelry is also an easy craft for people to do you could buy cheap clay flower pots and let people paint them i am sure that you could find alot more ideas if you look up simple crafts on the internet
