Do we understand them?!

No we don't... I don't understand them. Because we cannot fully understand something we have not experienced ourself. The other way would be to research and study... why those people are homosexuals. But most people don't want to do that as there are no benefits for them to do so. This is pretty much the same scenario than with racism. If everyone was studying and learning about the different cultures on this planet in order to understand them... there would be no racism. The big mistake people have made in recent times... is to believe that they can integrate in a society while being different in that society. They had to create laws for protection. This apply as much for homosexuals as it does for immigrants. If you were to remove those laws... everyone would have to run for their life. That is the reality of it. Most people will never fully accept someone totally different to them.
