What is the best compliment you've ever got?

"You are a good soul." is probably the best compliment I have received.

When I used to go and help at my son's nursery, the teacher said I should go into childcare. I followed her advise and got my nursery qualifications and got a job working in a school as a nursery officer. After working there a few years, I was told by the Head I would make a good teacher and my workplace paid for me to do a degree which I finish in July, which will qualify me to do teacher training. I left school not knowing what to do, had my kids when I was 21-26 yrs and spent 9 years bringing them up at home, without any job prospects in sight for when I had to return to work. I have been very fortunate to have been recognised as someone who can work with children and help and support them, which I have always done. To be given this recognition has been the biggest compliment to me!! I have always taken my job seriously and my aim has always been to help children who are the less fortunate to succeed in life. I love my job and I go out of my way to empower those who have had the misfortune of a rough start in life. I actually feel blessed and to know my dedication to helping children has been recognised to me is the biggest compliment I could ever have experienced.

I think the best compliment ive ever got was that i have a toned body although im petite. Not so much with the petite word but still i felt happy because all ive been working in the gym has already paid off. i do want to have a toned body because it really look nice and by that compliment ive received, im more motivated to be conscious with my body that includes being conscious to the food i eat.

It means a lot to me when people compliment my art, because I use it to express myself, and am proud of some of the things I create. On the topic of compliments, I absolutely love your little toucan Guinness picture, I've got Guinness posters all over my house!
