hmm..as we know we are a very chilli lover (Indonesian).. without chilli all the food become tastless,it just dont feel right! for me,i can't live without chilli sauce or sambel in Bahasa Indonesia! with chilli sauce every single food is more tastefull,so yummy!! what i learned from my travelling experience is "don't forget to bring the chilli sauce with you" cause not all the country same like our country, for some of country, they don't love chilli as much as we do. so bring the chilli sauce is a must thing to do if you go travelling overseas! what kind of chilli do you like my Indonesian pal[of course my other country friends can join this discussion;)]?? a chilli sauce in a bottle or the real chilli (such as; sambel terasi, sambel kecap, etc). if you choose sambel botol(chilli sauce in the bottle),can you mention the brand?? why chilli can be this good?!?!;p let share of HOT experience here! how chill are you???

Absolutely i'm a chili lovers, but if it's too i may shed tears. :( Well i'll suggest sambal 2 iblis (well it's actually sambal 2 belibis). That's the best chili sauce i ever found in supermarket. There is no other chili sauce better than this one note: 1. try it a litle bit first 2. be carefull it's rather oily

i like hot spicies food i always add chilli souce or sambal to my meals. such as bakso or you can call it meat balls, gado - gado/ vegetable salad ala indonesia, and rujak. the more you add chilli (for me) the more its taste great! haven't you try the "sego sambel" at Dharmawangsa street Surabaya? the greatest chilli meals ever!
