cat don't like the home

I have a cat several monthes ago, which is sent to me by a friend. In that time I think the cat may be lovely and useful to catch mouse which bite my furniture and clothing. But soon I found the cat is particular to food. If have no meat or fish, it never eat a little. And in the evening it usually go to your bed to make a sleep. Sometimes, it disappear for several days and we don't know what happen to it. I think to keep a cat is not easy.
