In simple language vaccine means killing one enemy with the help of another enemy. Through vaccine stronger germs are injected into your body which can kill those germs which are harmful to you and make you sick .Germs injected into your body by vaccine is not harmful for body.

A Vaccine is a little bit of a disease. it's injected into you to help your body build up an immunity towards it so that you have less chance of getting it, or if you do get it it won't nearly be as bad and easier for your body to fight. When someone doesn't get certain vaccines they are much more vulnerable to those deseases than anyone else. Hope this helps ya out.

Vaccine is a preparation of a weakened or killed pathogen, such as a bacterium or virus, or parts thereof. *Our body develops antobodies to the antigens (disease causing parts)induced by the vaccine. *This helps to trigger immunity responce when we get infection of that specific disease. Nowadays many kinds of vaccines r available...even we can get vaccinated, simply by eating banana.
