If you could change one thing about your life, what (if anything) would it be?

Imagine you were granted one wish, to make your life easier, simpler, and more enjoyable - please tell me what it would be? Would you wish for a better job, or more money so you could give up work completely, or perhaps you are not well, and just want better health. I would personally choose to have enough money so that I never had to work again, and I could spend more time at home, and doing the things I want to do, instead of the job I have to do just to pay the blls. How about you?

I would just wish for happiness for me and my family. I don't think anything materialistic can ever beat the feeling of being content and happy. don't you agree ?

Well there would actually be two things on my life that I would love to go back and change!! First thing would be that I never got myself into vredit card debit !!! Im not in so far that I can't get out but Im in debit to the point of it takes all my paycheck to pay credit card bills then im left with almost nothing so I have to use the credit card to manage until next check sucks bad. Second thing would be that i wish I had gone straight to college when i got out of high school instead of waiting I would probably be thought almost and I would be in debit either !!!! I have been trying to live a life that i can't afford now its catching up with me !! So i have to live and learn from my mistakes and hopefully fight my way back to the surface :) so wish me luck

Firstly, Rosie, I just wanted to say that you start some of my favorite topics on the site! ^_^ And if I could change one thing about my life, it would be that I would be less shy. I know that I'm trying to work on that this year, anyway, but after being shy all of my life and letting it get worse and worse for the last 10+ years to where I'm not even used to paying for things in stores because my family has done it all for me for so long, it's hard to even get started or know how or where _to_ start. If I could just suddenly find the magic key to confidence and not caring about what other people think of me, and not being so sensitive and worrying about everything that I do, I think that that would help me to become much less shy. But those things are all incredibly difficult, and I just don't foresee this being an easy road for me, ever. But I have to do something. So it really would be great if I could have a wish granted that would make it easier for me.

To be as healthy as I was when I was 25. I was fresh out of the Navy and strong as a bull. I am now 51 and have a number of health related issues, one of which I have been trying for a number of years to resolve. Badly overweight and heart condition, along with high cholesterol and diebetes.

After giving it some thought, I would the ages I had my children. I had them very close together, a toddler and a baby was not ideal. Looking back, they both had needs that required a lot of time and attention, it was hard to divide it on an equal level because their needs were all on a different level. They seem to clash quite a bit, having that close age gap in their lives I believe is the basis for the need to compete for my attention. If I could have done it all over again, then I would have chosen to leave at least 3 years between their ages and not 14-15 months. Don't get me wrong, I love my children and would never change them for anything in the world but I think to have them that close was unfair on them.

I think I would ask for the same thing. I don't want to be rich and I don't mind working, but it would be so nice not to have to worry about something going wrong. If I had a second wish it would be for my weight to be normal. Great discussion!

I think it would be the same as your wish, I wouldn't need a lot of money just enough to be comfortable and to do the things I want to - I don't need an elaborate house or a fleet of cars, just enough to pay the bills and travel some!!

I've frequently wondered what my life would be like if I won a huge amount of money on the lottery for example. Would I be any happier? would things be different? would I end up miserable with money? I guess the only thing I would like to change would be to have enough money to live comfortably and enough money left to share with those less fortunate

I would change the fact that I didn't do enough exercise when I was young. It meant that I was never chosen to be in teams at school, I was teased about this and was very shy. I do wish I hadn't been shy. However the one good thing that came out of it was that I have made sure my girls aren't the same, and have taught them to be confident.

One thing i could change is that, i should have followed my mom advice which was to continue my study in engineering but instead i have followed my choice to try for medic. Later i found out i can't qualify to do medic and i was thrown to study in course i didn't like and end up i have to be sack from study. I have to reapply again and lucky on my side that i have been accepted to study chemical. Now here i am working the chemical field. But no matter how you fell regret for the rest of your life about something, just bear in mind that everything that happened was arranged by God willing and we have to think positively about it and move on.

kappersmodel - hairdressmodel
I wished I had taken a course for hairdresser. It's something I always liked. I could have stayed at home with the kids and earned my money while they were at school. Now I work two whole days. We leave early and are home late. I hate that.

I think the only thing that i would change is knowledge. I would love to have known what i know now then. If i knew then what i know now then i could have done things differently. that would have changed everything in my life. yet, that is not the case. so i will take my knowledge and apply it to my life as it is now and make it something wonderful

I would definitely wish for just enough money to put me through college, buy a home for my children and I and to have a vehicle. Then maybe just a little more to make sure that I have no worries while going to school. After that, I would work my way through my life. Thanks.

My life is great. I wouldn't change a thing. I would rather fix my bf's back (he has so much trouble with it) than change something in my life.

I would choose that let there be no hatred between each other all around the world so we can all live happily and peacefully without being scared of being a target of hatred
