How do you combat fear?

If you had a serious fear of something, like for example taking a test and you had to wait for results if you passed, what would you do to pass the time?

When ever I face this type of condition i do constration and sit with relaxation .because when you feel this type of condition your heart is so fast moving due to this reson you can not handle anything properly if you want that you handle this type of condition you should keep confidence on yourself.And try to for relaxe it has best way to face this type of fear. You should count number anticlockwise like a 100,99,98 etc. This type you can keep and combat this type of condition.

I worry about everything ( I wrote a discussion about it ) I have just found something that really helps now , I bought an exercise bike lately for my hubby for health reasons and I now find if I have a go on that it so relaxes me , its worth you giving it a try xx

I think the best thing to do is to take your mind off it by doing something else. Once you have finished the test there is nothing you can do to change the results so just distract yourself so you don't think about it all the time.
