What did you do to shed away your baby pounds after delivery?

After I had my daughter, I was still fine with my weight gain. Once I weaned her from breastfeeding, I just added a lot of weight afterward. Do you ladies have the same problems? What did you do to keep your weight undercontrol? Exercise? Diet? Thanks for you input.

I'm probably going to get a lot of hateful glares after this but oh well here it goes lol: I onl gained 35lbs when I was pregnant, and 20 of those came off before I got out of the hospital, another 10 came off within the next couple of weeks. The last 5 however was trickier to get rid of. I did Tae Bo every day and eventually lost it, I'm still not satisfied with my weight however so I'm still exercising daily and watching what I eat (not a strict diet or anything) in hopes that I'll be satisfied soon :)

You are lucky that you can get rid of the extra pounds so fast and keep it off. With my first child, I did a lot of workout but I never able to shrink back to my pre-pregnancy figure.
