I get to see a lot of these sites that say you'll be paid by just completing surveys or tasks. Do these sites really pay you?

Sure, there are good sites out there. If you ever see a banner for a company called "Pinecone Research", that is the only way to join - to find one of their banners around the internet - then join immediately! I used to get paid $5 a survey there, and at least back then, they sent you the check before you'd even take the survey! I *loved* that company, but suddenly they quit sending me surveys after a year or so. There are other good ones, too - you can go here: http://www.getpaidforum.com and do research there about good programs to get paid from online. That's where I learn most of my info! ^_^

I think a lot of them are scams. Try to find reviews and people who have actually been paid from sites before you try them for yourself. MyLot is the most legit one I've seen yet.

I think surveys are a waste of time. I've done lots of surveys and when I complete them I get "You are now entered for a draw to win $10,000" or I get 20 points, 20 points = 5 cents. No thanks! If you're serious about making money online, here is something I tried recently (also it's INTERNATIONAL) http://cashjourney.profitmatic.com I created this website with this http://www.cashjourney.net If you want my review of the opportunity go to http://cashjourney.blogspot.com Good luck!

Actually five months ago I was really hesitant on trying out the surveys for pay. I have joined many and some were scams but I have a list of them that I have been paid by or I earn points for and then the points can be exchanged for cash or gift certificates. They are for real you just have to do searching on each company, usually if they belong to the BBB you will have good luck with them.

http://www.yougov.com/users/registrationintro_ref.asp?refid=456420&jID=3&sID=1 This is a survey site. It really does pay and you get £1 for joining.

There are some sites that work, really. For example, if you look at the sites that have the BBB logo, they usually work. I have made money from those survey sites. Pablo
