Does staying QUIET gets more respect?? Have u evr experienced?

It is a normal observation that the one who remains Quiet and sierious gets more respect, is that the case with u?

It depends on the situation. Sometimes being quiet can be interpreted as lacking confidence or having nothing of interest to say. It could also be interpreted as indifference. I think that it takes a certain level of social skill to be able to determine when to speak and when to shut up. I am sure that all of us at some time or another have wished we spoke up when we didn't and wish that we had of kept our mouth shut at times when we didn't as well! If you can master the balance then yes, I believe that there is a chance that you will garner respect.

I think this is true. I know I respect a person who rather than get into a heated debate keeps quiet because I really don't like debating alot.

They may get more respect but life isn't about a popularity contest. Sufficient for evil to triumph that good men do nought. all the best urban
