what steps r to be carried out for quiting smoking?

It's really hard to force someone to stop smoking. I'll take myself as an example. Even so many people around me make efforts to do things that would just make me stop it, i won't and i just can't. . it will take really so much time, you know what em sayin? .. Don't worry, your husband will stop his vice for sure. That is if he feels something bad about his health. LOL. . am just kidding. . . . on a private note, i'm 80% of totally quitting it. I just felt like it's about time. For the sake of everybody loving me and i'll be the one who'll benefit from these really. (",}
