PES6 on the PSP

In PES on the PS2, your were able to see how much potential a player had, there was some crazy graph showing where their skills could reach. i cant find any such thing in PES6 on the PSP, does this mean that players dont improve (ive seen no evidence so far that they do), also does this also mean that theres no point bring players on for the last 20 mins (as this enabled them to get trained on the PS2) Thanks loads for any help
