not 100% safe ,but it can help you i think.
every protect measure will do you good ,that's why it exists.
right?

Now to say 100 percent safe.. I don't really think so. For when you have a very hard bump, I guess even the helmet wouldn't help you of not getting hurt. But it sure does help for one to use helmet and ride safely. Becareful, don't get carry away when riding a bicycle and watch for cars.
