Are your grandparents living?

I am 33 years old but I still have both grandmothers. My grandfathers died a lot of years ago (before 1990). I think it is very good to have still grandparents living, it is not happening to everyone. It represents a continuation in the generation and the transmission of the memory of 80 years ago.

My grandparents(both maternal & paternal) are still alive by God's grace. I feel very fortunate and they are very special and dear to me.

My Grandmothers are still alive and I still have a Great Grandmother...she is 99 this year. Its exciting that my daughter has her Great Great Grandmother around. My husbands Grandfather is 93 this year...his Grandmother just passed away at the age of 98...they live on their own...well..Grandfather does now.

I have only 1 living grandparent. 1 grandmother left. My grandfather (her husband) passed away last year. I'm 34.. My other set of grandparents passed away a bit ago- My daughter shares a birthday with my grandma that is passed away. She was born in 1996- I can remember how excited my grandma was when she was told the news-- I didn't have my pumpkin until 11:29 PM.. so we almost missed her birthday- My grandma passed away in 1998. My grandpa passed away in December 1996 (he was alive when she was born).. I miss them terribly!
