As you are a resident of China , you should
not choose "I am a resident of USA" for
getting your payment .
you can withdraw your amount from your
Paypal account as per the Paypal rules
for China .

yes,I have one,but if I don't choose"I am a resident of Usa",there will be such messages as:
"I hereby declare under penalties of perjury that, in connection with the performance of services with myLot, LLC – a limited liability company domesticated in the State of Kansas within the country of the United States of America – I am not a citizen or resident of the United States of America. Further, I will notify myLot, LLC immediately if my status changes. "
I was a little confused about what it says.

If you have earned enough money that your limit is set to in your mylot account, it will be sent to your paypal account and you can use it from there. The money is not sent to paypal until the 15th of every month and you need to have earned the 10 dollars by the end of the previous month otherwise it will be credited towards the next month.
