Why tailgate someone who is going the speed limit?

Why do other drivers get angry at people that obey the law by going the speed limit? Can anyone please answer me that? They are being one of the few decent law abiding citizens and there are people out there will tailgate them, cut them off, give them the finger even if they are in the right lane. Please help me understand this?
