i have about 140 joice and sills that have much termite damage in a crawl space,they are gone now but the damage was over a period of years. i dicovered them in 1989 after hurricane hugo flooded about 4 inches up on the joice. i had termite company do their thing and has been free eve since. have inspection every year. looking for an reliable company for estimate
