If i get spelling right..yeah..it's the white flat fat noodle! I love it! Every time i go to Chinese restuarant, i order it. A must try!!!would recommend "Dry Beef fried Ho-Fuhn" you'll love it.

Pssttt ... it's fried dry beef ho fun. The first time someone said the name I laughed so hard, Ithought it was joking about it because of the 'ho fun'. Bean sprouts are a favorite of mine, there's only one place that I will eat this but I usually only want a couple of bites soI snag some off someone else's plate.

Well I don't recall the name but it appears that I have eaten that delicacy. I really like it with some mince and ketchup! Yup!
