I think that as individuals we must decide how we feel about a certain religion. We must also decide what we are and what we are not going to believe. I believe in God in my own way and I don't ask anyone to believe in what I do. I think that religion is a personal prefference and we have no right to tell anyone what to believe in.

I think everyone should be able to choose what religion they believe on and nobody else has anything to do with it but as you said we shouldn't think that religion is live and everything they say is to follow. We have minds to think about the choices we want to make and shouldn't let others choose it for us.

am hoping that you mean that you shouldnt have blind trust in religion. There might be a higher power out there but to beleive blindly in something you cant see I just dont know about it all thru the ages men have beleived in something the sun god the mother earth even idols . and now mostly believe in a God be him called God ,mohhamad , or who ever your peoples beleive in

for me religious faith is the ability to believe the palpably insane. Reason and religion seldom appear in the same sentence as religion depends upon a follower abandoning all reason and accepting unquestionably something all logic tells you can not be true. I think it is testament to how gullable the human race can be that millions of people do believe such things. It is also a sad indictment of the state of human nature that people will actually die for a lie and will kill if the lie is exposed. blessed be, i feel the world would be a much better place without god or any religion.
