US soldiers, why do they die for "nothing"?

i think the US soldiers aren't dieing for nothing they are definitly dieing for something only nobody knows what that something is, only the US government knows for sure what it is. what do you all think?

if we did not have an army, who would protect us again theres terrorists? they have chose n to protect there country and the people are the country. my hubbie went over there to fight for the freedom of our kids. i am proud of every american soldier out there. and i prey for all the families of the ones that lost loved ones. god bless them all.
