Blame Parents when the Child Does something Wrong

In our country, when the offender is below 18 years old, the parents are blamed for his wrongdoing. Our government asserts that the parents should be leading their children to becoming good citizen of the country by being good role models and incalcating good moral values into the minds of the kids. But once an individual attains the age of 18, he becomes responsible for his own actions.

I think it should be only below 18 years if some child does wrong,their parents are to be blamed.Once they reach the age above 18,one cannot blame their parents for their misdeeds.

I wouldn't blame parents. It really depends some kids do things by mistakes, or because there bored. some parents don't control there children sometime it is there fault. without knowing facts you can't really label this subject or matter. Kudos ~Joey
