Has anyone ever read books by J. D. Robb aka Nora Roberts? In the past I've tried to read 3 different books by Nora Roberts. Roberts is a famous romance authors. But I have never been able to finish any of her books. Somehow her books just doesn't interest me. Recently I read the first 3 chapters of "Innocent of Death" by J. D. Robb and found out that J. D. Robb is aka Nora Roberts. She writes thrillers under the pen name J. D. Robb. So far the book has caught my attention, but it's not published yet. I'm thinking of buying a few of her older books under J. D. Robb, but is debating to buy it or not. If you have ready any of her books under J. D. Robb can you tell me if its worth buying or not?

I've read lots of them, they're pretty good. My mum's obsessed with them, but I honestly think they can get a bit same-y after a while. I think they're good and interesting, but I'd rather read them sort of one at a time, rather than as a whole series, because after 8-10 books of "Serial killer.....Somehow personally aimed at Eve/Roarke....killer either caught or killed" I get a bit bored. But they're great to read on a plane or something, because they're quick to get you engrossed, but they're not hard to put down and come back to either. They are really good, but if my mum hadn't bought them I'd be renting them from the library and just buying my favourites rather than buying the 20 or so that we have.

Yes, they are really good. I have only read a few, though. I'd check them out of the library first.
