trouble remembering.

I am having trouble remembering all my class work and this lets me down in exams. Could you give me any advice on how to remember the work I get?

i have the other way around.I remember what is been told in class and tend to 4get what i have studied .I normally visualise what is been told in the class and my visual memory is good too.

have you tried doing mind mapping? It makes it much easier to remember things and I have found it has really helped me in exams. You can find out all about it on this website http://www.mind-mapping.co.uk I hope this helps you
