Do you have this kind of problem? Well i had, when i usually stress out. It's like my brain can't stop thingking of anything. It's really awful, it can take a couple of days not sleeping (well my friend can take up to 4 days awake) but until now i never take any sleeping pills for this problem. Maybe you're starting asking how did you overcome Insomnia. Well my method is taking a walk at night and see the stars up in the sky. just looking at them, it feels like that my burden became lighter. Now how do you overcome your Insomnia, and how long you didn't sleep at all?Note: add me, i want to be your friend

I have a problem of not wanting to get up when I sleep. lol Well, yes usually when there's something trouble me; it's very hard for me to sleep. What I do is just browse the internet again, and try to focus on something else instead of the problem. Then after a while it makes me relax again, so I could go back to sleep. The best thing is pray, though.
