Anyone knows what is a Schema?

Apparently it is someone who tries to rob you out of your hard earned dollars and tey are a number of persons learing the techniques. They gather in groups of 2 and try to scheme you out of your monies. Do not be caught by them using playing cards or such like. Appreciate your comments.
