I spent 4 and 1/2 years at Indiana University of Pa getting my bachelors degree. Now I'm going back to get an associates degree so I can teach.

I went to school to be a teacher too! Hard work! I taught one year and HATED it! :( I was teaching kindergarten at a private school, too many politics at a private school. I should have worked at a public school. I now work for UCSB. Much better than working with the little ones, I actually have patience for my OWN kids when I get home! :)

It took me 4 long years to get my degree but it was very much worth it. I am glad I went to college right out of high school otherwise I may not have went at all.

I hear ya! It's easy to get involved in work and not ever go back to studying!

I am still trying to finish. I have been going off and on since I was 18. I am 26 now and I am just trying to earn my 2 year degree!

Hey all that matters is that your going, it's hard once you have kids too! I got my bachelors when my daughter was 2.5 and I was 5 weeks preggers with my second! My husband worked his tail off while I went to school full time taking anywhere between 16-21 units at a time! It's worth it though!

I've heard that leaving college after only 4 years is like leaving a party at 10 o'clock. So... I don't think it really matters....

Took me 4 long years but what an experience! I went to Barnard College at Columbia University and studied Middle Eastern Languages and Cultures.
