What is this "my unresolved discussions" on mylot ?

Have you ever noticed when you are on the discussions menu, the submenu contains the last option as "my unresolved discussions". What is this? As when I clicked it I found all mys discussions over there. So what is it about unresolved. Does anybody have any idea?
