do you feel sick from breathing in polluted AIR eg in big city's factory areas

do you fill sick from breathing the air i went to hong Kong and the sky was just grey from smog had a really bad taste in my mouth for the whole 3 days i was there. still really enjoyed it there. could breath fine at top of victoria peak. i must see even if its just to breath in the clean air

yep. i do get a slight dizzy feeling even when i inhale combustions from the vehicles. i always try to cover my nose so i won't breathe in such bad air. i love going to soemwhere away from the city sometimes to give my lungs fresh air and just feel the nice breeze of the wind.
