No, I don't think so. People can understand each other but still thoroughly disagree with what the other one believes. There will always another thing to go against something, it's all part of nature and part of why people are individuals - because they all think differently. Right now, we have all these diplomats and such whose primary jobs are to communicate and yet, a lot of issues are still not resolved.
