I've had the worst week ever.First I have to take my bf to the doctor monday....thought he had the flu....but turned out to be bronchitis and a bad respetory infection.I myself have been sick for two weeks now and finaly had to go see the doctor thursday.....after not being able to stop coughing.Turns out I have the same thing as he does....isn't love fun? Then this morning my bf son which lives with us....blows his nose and his lung collapsed again.....this is the second time in 1 month. So of to the ER we go.I stayed with him while they put the chest tube in him and I felt so sorry for him......it looks like it really hurts having a plastic tube stuck through your ribs.Thank God he's doing better now.....he'll have to stay in the hospital for a couple of days. Then this evening I look out in the backyard and start to wonder where all that water is coming from....turns out the water pipe in the garage(that's where our washer is at)froze last night and busted. So know our water is shut off until that gets fixed.I feel like I've been going in circles today and keep thinking what's gonna happen next. So how was your week.....anything good happen to you or did you have a week like mine?I guess it's true that when it rains it poors.

I'm so sorry for you, I really hope you'll get well soon and things are going to be better for you. For myself, this week has been a good one, especially because today is chinese new year. Last night my family gather together and we have dinner, it's our tradition to gather and have dinner together at the night just before the new year. I'm sure you'll have fun too in the upcoming weeks. good luck!

when it rains, it pours. yes, blessings sometimes come in that form, too. don't worry, when the good things begin to happen, they will come in droves. that's how life is, it's like a wheel, so they say. remember that everyday is a different day.

Hi winky73, sorry to hear about all the bad luck you have had this week - reminds me of one of the worst weeks I ever had and that was last year! My week thank crunchie hasn't been too bad although my washing machine packed up and spilled loads of water on the floor! I don't see it as bad luck though as it could have been worse and happened when I wasn't in then it would have seeped down to the downstairs neighbours and i'd probably have an insurance claim on my hands as well as having to buy a new washing machine! Hope you and your family are better soon and good luck for next week!

Wow. Its been a LONG LONG week for me and my sister! Each day dragged on and on with NO success of anything! Monday I had 2 job interviews. I wanted one going in but not going out, the other I didnt know but after wanted, but they never called me! I dropped off another 6 applications. Tuesday longest day ever felt longer. Wednesday was supposed to be relaxed insane. Thursday well it wasnt too bad. Saw my shows it all good. But Friday we went to a movie last night and well it was SOLD OUT and we had driven 40 mint to the AMC to see it! So now we gotta see it around here, not great theaters today! *sigh* Saw Bridget to Tarribatha instead SAD SAD movie! Oh I had a job interview on Thursday turns out the store D.E.M.O. is closing in April! So IF I got the job (no call backs yet) it would be only for 2 months! Yeah thats my luck! No call backs from Barnes & Noble still. And the manager not in till tomorrow. I slept like 9hrs last night which I needed, but still feel tired. And today lots of h/w, tap, piano, and a movie too. Probably less sleep tonight, nap tomorrow :(( Oh speaking of rain. It was doing that too, Sunday, Monday & Tuesday. Thank God nothing after Tuesday night. Wednesday I found out Bally total fitness found a way to take money out of my account. So I've been working to get the money back, had to switch to NEW account AGAIN oh and block my other one. FUN! Not! I'm just grateful no classes on Monday :) so I can sleep in and get some h/w done. For ONE class I might add ONE! *L*

Wow, I'm really sorry to hear about that! It sounds like you really have been having a rough time. As for myself... it hasn't been half as bad as your week, but it wasn't all to pleasant either. I had a huge project due at 8AM on Wednesday morning, which I oh-so-intelligently decided to start on Friday. It would have worked out fine, considering that I more or less used every spare moment I had, but I was counting on the fact that I would have a completely clear afternoon Tuesday. Of course, as luck would have it, my Tuesday afternoon was suddenly sucked up by a variety of unanticipated meetings - basketball, business class, leadership, etc. - and I ended up working on my projected until three o'clock in the morning, sleeping for two hours (only because I made myself) and then waking up again at five o'clock to work some more. I barely got my project in and ditched class for the rest of the day so I could sleep, since I'd lost a lot of sleep during the nights previous as well. Luckily, it's all better now and I've gotten plenty of rest. I hope that your situation clears up too!

Thanks....I'm sure it will be okay.....it's just getting through all of it that's hard.I've learned my lesson on putting things of.....I always end up having to scramble to get it done when I don't do something right away.Things like that can be very stressful and take a lot out of you......I'm glad everything worked out okay for you.

Oh dear - that is truly awful. I agree that sometimes when one thing goes wrong it seems to set off a "vicious circle", and everything goes wrong:-(( First, I wish a speedy recovery to yourself, your boyfriend, and his poor son too. I aso hope your water gets fixed soon........ I can cope with many things, but having no running water is one of the worst. Have to say, in comparison with yours, my life has been fine this past week, - no dramas at all! Really hope it remains that way. Good Luck to you!
