How do you deal with hiperactive children?

Hi there, Was wondering how some of you mother's and father's out there deal with your hiperactive children? Like i have 3 children and my older son, most of the time he is quite, but the other 2 are starting to drive me nuts! I mean you cant punish them cause then if you tell them there grounded they cry, and i dont want to see them cry! What should i do? Anyone have any answers?? Thanks
