I have been doing weight watchers since last January and has worked pretty good. I also try and exercise at least 3 times a week, drink lots of water, eat lots of fruits and veggies. Try and cut out sweets, if you can. If I eat fast food, I don't get fries anymore. That is soo hard because I love fries!!!! I only eat grilled chicken, no hamburgers.

Thanks for the fast food tip. I find myself eating out quite a bit when I work. I take food from home and eat it when I can. I probably need to eat more fruits and veggies as well.

I too have started weight watchers. My mother in law has done if for a few years and has always lost a lot of weight from it. I always have trouble losing weight because I don't know exactly how much to eat when I am dieting. That's what weight watchers helps you with, it helps you know how much to eat so your body doesn't think it's starving itself. I've been doing to for a month now and have lost about 1 1/2 lbs a week (That is really good for me, I am only trying to lose 15 lbs). I am in college right now and don't have time to exercise, I'm sure I would lose more if I exercised a little bit each day.

this is the formula for you: a well planned diet + a clinically proven weight loss product + regular exercise = lose weight Try to aim to achieve a deficit of 300 to 500 kcal/day. starrt with a low calorie diet of 1200 to 1600 kcal/day. Aid with a clinically proven fat binder. http://proven-fat-binders.com Start with moderate levels of activities for 30 minutes, 3 to 5 days a week. Set a long term goal to accumulate at least 30 - 40 or more moderate intensity physical activities at least 3 to 5 days a week. Dun forget to conduct periodic weight check along the way.

First of all, you have to control eating especially carbs. Don't eat too much. Then you have to burn your calories. Exercise, the true exercise and not just playing or just moving. Do it the right way to remove excess fats. Drink plenty of juice, fruit juice, not the preserved drinks.

the first thing you should care about is what actually you are loading your body with, decrease sugar, fat intake, say no to junk food and swith on to more healthier foods like fresh juices, green vegetables, and more important drink atleast 7-8 glasses of water as it helps your body to eliminate toxins and exercise exercise like brisk walking , aerobics, cycling, swimming, yoga any one which you may find easier with your life style and mind you dont skip your house work it is the best for losing weight

initially i started with exercises but now i am doing yoga, just lie down and first with one leg, move your leg as if cycling, repeat with other leg and then with both legs, this can be done according to your capacity and is best to loose wait especially fat around stomach
