A few years ago, a friend of mine told me they had found an amazing Pink Floyd cover, and I had to listen to it. I was skeptical, as I am a Pink Floyd purist. But they convinced me. I was not prepared for what I heard. Pink Floyd... chanted by Gregorian Monks. And there were more covers. Covers of Meatloaf, of Sting, of Peter Gabriel, David Bowie, Metallica.... They are Masters of Chant, and they are amazing. If you have not heard anything by them, go out and find some now. Because you have not experienced unique music until you have heard your favorite classics chanted by Gregorian Monks.

I've heard some music that are adapted by "Gregorian monks", I find it eerie but very good at the same time. I've heard also some of their songs used for tribal dancing by some dancing competitions, here in the Philippines. I would also love to hear their versions from teh others, and I surely try to look for it!;) Thanks..

Gregorian monks doing rock covers? I´ll have to checck that out, I remember how I cried SACRILEGE! during my rocker youth, when they told me that a band was playing all my fave rock songs with Violins, yet today I have every Apocalptica album.
