with the number of happenings...do u think delhi is safe for girls...
unlike other cities...
mumbai - if u see, the girls can be out all hip-hop even at 11 in the night.
but wat about delhi....!!!!?????
isnt it bad....
even in a salwaar kameez u see people glaring and staring at u as if they hav never seen a female human being in their ENTIRE life....!!

Delhi is not at all safe for girls specially in night time. I always avoid going alone in Delhi specially at night time. The situation is becoming worse day by day. Yes u are right even in Salwar Kameez some bad people keeps glaring and staring at girls .. just imagine .. what will happen to a girl in mini skirt ??

yes...i think the delhi is safe for everyone, its only that the way you take it. Its the society you are with, the friend circle you are with.
as far as the bad elements they are there and will going to be there, its only that you have to see what precautions you take.
I will rather say precaution is always better.
