You can change your IP address by hiding it using a piece of software. I would suggest using http://www.tohideipaddress.com

just go to internet settings or find it in your browser menu and enter any anonymous proxies address and port number and then your are anonymous to internet..and to check go to www.whatismyipaddress.com
