One of the best books I have ever read would have to be the Bhagavad Gita As It Is Gita is the summary study of Dharma and Yoga culminating in the Bhakti which is the highest trance of meditation. Visit us online at DHARMA

the best book which i hav read is " concentration and meditation" by swami sivananda. it is a wonderful book about yoga and meditation. when i first read it i was simply obssessed with the book. it was in very simple english , even a layman can follow the ideas. it motivated me to practise yoga and meditation. it gives the benefits of practising meditation. it gives tips to practise meditation. in many ways i found the book very interesting, inspiring, and very soothing for the mind. im happy i got to read the book.
