the best book which i hav read is " concentration and meditation" by swami sivananda. it is a wonderful book about yoga and meditation. when i first read it i was simply obssessed with the book. it was in very simple english , even a layman can follow the ideas. it motivated me to practise yoga and meditation. it gives the benefits of practising meditation. it gives tips to practise meditation. in many ways i found the book very interesting, inspiring, and very soothing for the mind. im happy i got to read the book.
