Is there a native HTMLview visual control in Win32 (desktop)?

I know there is one in the WindowsCE environment, and the OpenNETCF people have a .NET wrapper for it (the WebBrowser class), but I need the same thing (.NET wrapper) for the desktop environment.
I know, there is the WebBrowser class in .NET 2.0, but it's rubbish. The HTMLview class has closer to the features I need.
