do u think ppl under 18 shud b allowed to smoke..? or drink?

I dont think you can prohibit something forcefully... But in my views I feel we shouldn't ENCOURAGE people under 18 to drink or smoke as they don't know what are the effects of them. Teenage is the time when kids get attracted to anything new very easily and can be habituated to it. I hope 75% of these habits are catching people in their teenage itself... And Why I say that we can't enforce a law is coz...As much as u press something u let go it that much.... So instead of creating a friction it's better to educate the parents and guardians to keep a close watch on their teens and protect them from these bad habits. I hope u agree with me.

I agree. Adults are better equiped to make informed choises about these things. I mean, your brain isn't fully developed until your late teens. Kids are not able to make wise decitions about this - not that I think starting to smoke is a wise decition for anybody. I'd like to think society protects its children from making decitions that may threaten their lives!
