Are these claims actually true? Like are you the type that would go for low fat milk over whole milk? Diet coke over regular coke? Low fat butter over regular butter? I have read in a magazine that those diet colas are way worse than the regular ones cause they use replacements for the sugar which means they add more chemicals. So would you rather go for the "25% LESS FAT, non fat, LOW FAT, diet" or avoid them totally or just go ahead and purchase the regular ones?

I really don't diet. If I'm craving chocolate, I'll have 1 hershey kiss. If I want a soda, I drink regular stuff, that sugar substitute is really unhealthy. I do drink skim milk, but that's what I was raised on. If I drink whole milk or even 2% I feel like I'm drinking butter! I also use real butter or even better-olive oil. I think the best thing in life is moderation.
