Do you rate pictures?

I'm just curious to know if any of you rate photos either in discussions or in the interests section? And if you do rate them, do you comment? Is there any benefit to either the poster or the postee for rating them?

I actually didn't know you could rate pictures, so no i don't but i will from now on.
If i knew from the start i would.
Personally i don't see the point but there images from members which deserve the praise and rate.
