Yes, Australia have a good chance of winning the world cup despite the recent string of defeats. The Australian cricket team was in a similar down in the dump situation in the 1999 world cup, however, they suddenly peaked in the middle of the tournament and eventually won the cup easily by thrashing Pakistan. So, i will not still rule out Australia (also, since they are like wounded Lions they will hit the other teams more harder).

no australian is getting down slowly.. they thought they were best but others teams were performing well now.. they should perform well.

i think that australia is a very good team but enuf of them winning the world cup we need a change and being an indian i hope india wins the wc but sa and new zealand have a very good chance

no. not at all! either south afric or India... one of these two is going to lift wc this year. not even countries like, england or newzealand (who have defeated australia) have any chance,..according to me.

definitely australia has less chances of winning as most of there players r out of form.its very tough for them to fight back at this stage to win 2007 world cup.
