how to lose weight in 1 month

Where do you live? Here is what I am doing: I am following the Weight Watcher's Plan. I usually eat Bran Cereal because it is healthy for you and it has lots of fiber. I measure out the cereal. I eat fruit and vegetables. I make some sandwiches of soy burgers and sometimes I eat another bowl of brand cereal or oatmeal. In about a month I have lost around 19 pounds (41.8 kilograms) but I am a male. However my mom is following the same plan and in her first month she lost 12 pounds (26.4 kilograms). If you tell us where you are from in the world we can give you more specific examples and recommendations :D Pablo
